By downloading, installing, or using TimeCam ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
TimeCam is a mobile application that allows users to:
- Take photos with customizable timestamp overlays
- Add date, time, and location information to photos
- Choose from various templates and styles
- Save photos to their device's photo library
3. User Accounts and Subscriptions
Some features of TimeCam may require a subscription or in-app purchase. By purchasing a subscription:
- You agree to pay the applicable fees
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the photos you create using TimeCam. The App processes photos locally on your device and does not upload or store your photos on our servers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Create, distribute, or store illegal content
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Use the App for any fraudulent or harmful purpose
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, templates, and code, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
