Frequently Asked Questions
Simply open the app and take a photo. The timestamp will be automatically added based on your selected template. You can customize the template, font, and position in the settings before capturing.
Tap the template button on the camera screen to browse and select from our collection of timestamp templates. Each template offers different styles, fonts, and layouts.
Make sure you've granted location permission to TimeCam. Go to Settings > TimeCam > Location and select "While Using the App". Also ensure that Location Services are enabled on your device.
If you've previously purchased a subscription and need to restore it on a new device, go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored automatically if active.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel: Open Settings on your iPhone > Tap your name > Subscriptions > Select TimeCam > Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
All photos taken with TimeCam are saved directly to your device's Photo Library. Open the Photos app to view your captured photos.
Yes! TimeCam works offline for taking photos and adding timestamps. However, location-based features require an internet connection for geocoding (converting coordinates to place names).
